Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re looking to cancel, return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items need to be returned to the same warehouse that they were shipped from, at your expense.

EXCHANGES
If we have sent a wrong or defective item, a return is not required, and we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
If you would like a return because you ordered the wrong size or do not like the product, you must return items at your expense. Items need to be returned to the same warehouse that they were shipped from.

REFUNDS
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your method of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
